• Develops transfer schedule from flight manifest to ensure all arrivals and departures are covered
• Arranges color-coded bag tags
• Arranges departure notices for your guests

On-site Airport/Hotel benefits include:

• Hospitality booth on the baggage claim level of the airport
• Personalized service, greeting guests with custom signage
• Staff to navigate guests through airport to waiting motor coach
• Arranging Skycaps (if desired) and collecting baggage for the guest’s assigned hotel; loading the baggage onto motor coach and unloading them upon arrival at hotel
