In a time of great uncertainty, metroConnections provided a key opportunity for Life Time to send a message of hope and support to thousands of fitness club leadership staff members across the United States and Canada.


Amidst a difficult period of mandated closure, Life Time scheduled a company-wide summit to help instruct their 150+ fitness clubs on how to re-open safely. This summit not only had to convey critical logistic information clearly–it also had to comfort and inspire a justifiably anxious workforce.


Utilizing their in-house production studio, metroConnections produced a strategic mix of remotely-recorded and live in-studio speakers to create a seamless, multi-day event that was accessible to team members via a secure, fully-branded virtual portal. As always, metroConnections provided robust support for both users and presenters, ensuring a frictionless event that allowed Life Time to focus on their staff.



metroConnections coordinated keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions and live Q&As for 13 remote speakers and 23 in-studio speakers. The upbeat, multi-day summit was broadcast to more than 3,000 Life Time team members spread across North America.



Life Time’s team members were able to re-open their fitness clubs with a renewed sense of optimism and confidence, knowing that their company’s leaders had their backs, and a plan to return to business stronger than ever.
