With three unique sets of attendees and an unconventional conference setting, Syngenta looked to metroConnections to create a truly unique event to showcase the company’s new technologies and robust vision for the future.


CHALLENGE


metroConnections was tasked with transforming a rural research site into an immersive event campus while tailoring the experience to three unique sets of attendees of the course of three days: potential investors, current investors, and Syngenta employees.

SOLUTIONS


metroConnections created an impressive “Eight Dome City”, including a main reception tent, seven crop-specific domes, and “The Dining Room.” Each dome was outfitted with printed and digital graphics display and crop education in the form of literature, Images, plants and other props.

HIGHLIGHTS


From reception to farewell, the guest experience was crafted with high-end stage lighting and sound schemes, streamlined wayfinding graphics, lounge furniture, food stations and more. The “Main Event Center” included an exquisite reception and general session space.
