metroConnections Boosts Conference & Events Team with New Hires

The team recently added an experienced sales manager and designer as well as a new manager of conferences & meetings.

metroConnections is pleased to announce its latest additions to the team, Danielle Miles and David Everett.

Danielle Miles comes to metroConnections as the manager of conferences & meetings with nearly 25 years of experience working in event management, incentives, catering and sales. Miles previously spent several years both with BI Worldwide and the Minneapolis Athletic Club in sales and program management functions. At metroConnections, Danielle leads the conference and meeting management teams, and oversees all client work conducted in both areas.

David Everett is metroConnections’ newest sales manager and also an experienced event designer. He was recruited from a luxury events role in Pennsylvania where he spent more than 15 years delivering superior hospitality to luxury clients and guests. Everett boasts an impressive list of awards won for his work, including several CATIE Awards. An early career in the performing arts set the stage for a theatrical approach to bringing his clients’ visions to life. At metroConnections, Everett will focus on using his creative eye to design memorable event experiences, and continue to grow his client base through his passion for networking and building industry relationships.
