When COVID-19 caused a dramatic surge in sales, a major recreational vehicle manufacturer worked with metroConnections to align their team remotely by transitioning their annual leadership summit into a fully virtual event.


Sometimes, unexpected success can create just as many challenges as unexpected setbacks. With an unforeseen sales spike causing an operational crunch while their staff were forced to work from home, Winnebago needed a way to safely and rapidly unify their leadership team and prepare for a new brand launch.


metroConnections created a fully branded, SSL-encrypted virtual conference portal complete with tailored content pieces like speaker profiles, a welcome letter, and a summit agenda. A full-day’s worth of presentations and panel discussions were live-streamed in HD for attendees, who also received comprehensive technical and logistical support from metroConnecions staff.

Working against a tight deadline, metroConnections was able to ensure that presentations were delivered at a level of quality befitting an executive team by providing full rehearsal and coaching sessions for all 24 remote speakers involved in the summit.
